Outdoor Permanent Vendors: $40/ weekend - 10’ x 20’
Outdoor Temporary Vendors: $50/ weekend - 10’ x 20’
Outdoor Daily Vendors: $30/ day (Saturday or Sunday) - 10’ x 20’
Indoor Permanent Vendor space: may be available upon application and approval
*Permanent vendors are required to pay for each weekend by 5PM the preceding Sunday and make a deposit to secure the same space each weekend.
*Temporary Vendors may not have the same space each weekend; spaces will be assigned beginning on Friday depending on availability.
We do NOT take reservations throughout the week (Monday-Thursday). Spaces are only assigned in person or at time of payment.
We guarantee we have enough spaces to accommodate all vendors who want to join The Raleigh Market!
We welcome both permanent and temporary vendors!
HOURS OF OPERATION: Saturday and Sunday 9AM - 5PM
-Gate #2 opens for vendors at 6am to begin setting up
-Other fairgrounds gates open at 7am
DEPOSIT - FOR PERMANENT VENDORS ONLY
- We collect a one time deposit for our permanent vendors to secure the same space each weekend. This deposit will be refunded if provided a 2 weeks notice that you will no longer be selling at The Raleigh Market. (Deposit= one weekends worth of rent; maximum $125)
-Indoor vendors can set up/ restock on Friday (9am-5pm)
-Outdoor permanent vendors can set up on Friday (7am-10pm)
-Temporary vendors who want to set up on Friday and do not have a space must come to the office between 9AM and 5PM to get assigned a space number. Vendors CANNOT choose their own space to set up.
-Vendor parking is located across from Hillsborough St. next to the railroad tracks or behind the Scott building and beyond.
